Recreational (U5-U19)

Includes half-game minimum playing time for players of all ages. Staff coaches train players U5-U8. Ages U9-U19 are coached by volunteer coaches.

VISION Academy (U7-U10) provides professional training from licensed club coaches and competes against other academy teams in the Metro Academy League. The emphasis is development and enjoyment, with a half-game minimum playing time.
