Training Style & Structure

Circuit Training

Training will be broken down into 4 stations on Tuesday nights. Each station will focus on a different foundation of the game. The intervals will be ~13 minutes with 2 minute water breaks between stations. Boys and girls will train separately.

Game Day Experience

Each Saturday, your coach will divide players into teams with volunteers facilitating game substitutions to balance development and game enjoyment. Boys and girls games will be separate.

Why?

We are trying to get the focus away from winning 4v4 games and towards building better individual athletes and players. We want the players that come out of our system to be able to hold their own as an individual player because eventually we will take these developed pieces and turn them into stronger teams to represent the east side of the OKC Metro.

Anyone who comes through our In-House Rec program should develop a solid foundation to carry them forward in a number of sports. We hope that given the time with us, they will develop a love for the game and stick with it, but we know we are preparing them for a good future in athletics.
