During the spring and fall seasons, all club players are invited to attend free technical sessions each Wednesday:

• U12 and below from 6:00 - 7:00
• U13 and above from 7:00 - 8:00

All Midwest City Soccer Club players can attend free weekly goalkeeper training each Wednesday on field 2. Goalkeepers will be divided by age group:

• U12 and below from 6:00 - 7:00
• U13 and above from 7:00 - 8:00

For additional cost, players can arrange private training with a licensed club coach. Private training focuses on the individual player’s needs, and can include:

- Shooting / ball striking

- Passing / receiving

- 1v1 attacking moves and defending

- Position-specific development

- Speed / agility
