A youth player’s soccer experience is primarily dictated by the player themselves, their parents – and their coach. Coaches are the most critical human element provided by Midwest City Soccer Club. Coaches train players, coach games, communicate with parents, and set the culture of the team. Our club’s Director of Coaching, Quan Tran, has cast a VISION for our club’s coaching environment (read more here). Quan has also installed staff coaches for our in-house recreational, academy, and competitive programs; and equips the coaching staff for player success. Recreational Director Levi Karnes supports our volunteer traveling recreational coaches (U9-U19).
